TERMS OF SERVICE & STUDIO CONDITIONS

By stepping onto the training floor, booking a trial session, registering for a membership, or utilizing any facilities at Gravity Elite Fitness Studio (located at 2nd Floor, Domino's Building, Krishnagiri Bypass Road, Hosur – 635109), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

• Age Requirement: Members and trial guests must be at least 16 years of age. Individuals aged 16 to 17 require parental or legal guardian consent and written co-signature on the physical registration form.
• Identity Verification: All members and trial participants must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Driving License, or Passport) upon registration.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide truthful and complete contact details, emergency contacts, and medical history when enrolling.

To maintain an elite, clean, and safe training environment for all athletes and members, strict adherence to studio floor etiquette is required at all times:

• Footwear Protocol: Clean, closed-toe athletic training footwear is mandatory. Strictly NO sandals, flip-flops, crocs, muddy outdoor shoes, boots, or bare feet permitted on the workout floor.
• Re-Racking Rule: All dumbbells, weight plates, kettlebells, barbells, clips, and functional accessories must be returned to their designated storage racks immediately following each set.
• Hygiene & Towel Requirement: Members are encouraged to carry a personal sweat towel. Please use the disinfectant wipes provided throughout the gym to wipe down benches and machines after use.
• Respectful Conduct: Aggressive behavior, excessive profanity, intimidation, slamming weights unnecessarily, or harassing fellow members or trainers will result in immediate termination of studio access.

We proudly invite prospective members to experience our premium equipment, motivating atmosphere, and trainer guidance through our complimentary one-day trial session:

• First-Time Residents Only: The one-day trial is strictly limited to first-time visitors who are bona fide residents of Hosur and surrounding regions. It cannot be redeemed repeatedly by existing or previous members.
• Mandatory Advance Booking: Trial slots must be reserved at least 12 hours in advance via our official WhatsApp line (+91 78452 76725) or website booking form to ensure coach availability and prevent overcrowding.
• On-Site Registration: Trial guests must arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled slot, provide valid government photo ID, and complete the brief physical activity readiness waiver.
• Session Scope: The trial session grants full access to open gym cardio and resistance areas, along with a facility walkthrough and preliminary fitness consultation with Head Coach Manjunath.

Gravity Elite Fitness Studio offers structured membership plans designed for consistency and measurable results:

• Transparent Pricing: Membership fees (1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months Transformation, 12 Months Lifestyle) must be paid in full prior to activation. All fee schedules are clearly communicated with no hidden renewal charges.
• Non-Transferability: Memberships are strictly personal to the registered individual and may not be transferred, shared, or assigned to any friend or family member without prior written management approval.
• Freeze Policy: Temporary membership freezing is permitted exclusively on 6-month and 12-month annual memberships for documented medical conditions or outstation travel, provided written notice is submitted 7 days in advance.
• No-Refund Policy: Due to equipment capacity allocation and individualized onboarding, all membership payments are strictly non-refundable once the membership term commences.

Our personal training offerings — including 1-on-1 Personal Training, 120-Day Transformation Challenge, Couple Plan, Fat Loss, and Strength & Conditioning — are elite, high-touch programs:

• Trainer Assignment: Personal trainers are assigned based on member goals, biomechanical evaluations, and preferred schedule slots by Head Coach Manjunath.
• 12-Hour Cancellation Notice: To respect trainer scheduling, any scheduled 1-on-1 personal training appointment must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less than 12 hours notice will be counted as completed.
• Program Expiration: Training session packages hold a fixed validity tenure matching the program duration (e.g. 120 days for the 120-Day Challenge) and must be exhausted within this timeframe.
• Punctuality: Training sessions begin precisely at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will receive coaching for the remainder of their allotted slot only.

Physical conditioning, barbell resistance training, cardiovascular drills, and functional fitness carry inherent physiological demands:

• Medical Clearance: Members are strongly advised to seek medical clearance from a qualified physician prior to starting any exercise program, particularly if suffering from cardiovascular issues, hypertension, diabetes, spinal injuries, or pregnancy.
• Voluntary Assumption of Risk: Participation in gym activities is entirely voluntary. Members assume full personal responsibility for their physical limits and exercise intensity.
• Certified Guidance: Gravity Elite certified trainers provide professional technique instruction; however, trainers do not provide medical diagnosis or physical therapy prescriptions.

For the convenience of active members during their workout sessions:

• Day-Use Lockers: Lockers are provided strictly on a temporary day-use basis while exercising in the studio. Overnight locker storage is strictly prohibited.
• Valuables Disclaimer: Members are advised not to bring large sums of cash, expensive jewelry, or high-value electronic items to the gym. Gravity Elite Fitness Studio is not liable for theft, loss, or damage to personal items left in lockers or on studio premises.
• Lost & Found: Items found on the floor are retained at reception for a maximum of 14 days, after which unclaimed items are disposed of or donated.

We are committed to maintaining a supportive, inclusive, and professional training sanctuary. Gravity Elite Fitness Studio reserves the absolute right of admission:

• Zero-Tolerance Misconduct: Sexual harassment, verbal abuse, discriminatory remarks, physical altercations, theft, or deliberate vandalism will lead to immediate, permanent membership termination without refund and possible legal action.
• Substance Prohibition: The possession, consumption, or influence of alcohol, illicit drugs, chewing tobacco, or smoking on studio premises is strictly forbidden.
• Commercial Coaching Restrictions: Only certified coaches employed by Gravity Elite are authorized to provide coaching, training, or commercial fitness instruction within the facility. Unauthorized personal training by external individuals is prohibited.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India.

• Exclusive Jurisdiction: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to your membership or facility usage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hosur, Krishnagiri District, Tamil Nadu.
